1. Why be a contractor |
| Contracting enables you to take short-term assignments, normally on a higher remuneration rate than for fixed employment. Contracting gives you an insight into different businesses and a wide range of experience. |

2. Who is a good agency? |
| What you want is a healthy agency who will not go bust taking your hard earned cash with them. We will be able to do financial health checks on any agencies that you will be contracting through when you work with us. |

3. Am I excluded from IR35? |
| Working for UCC you are completely excluded from IR35. IR35 applies to contractors who are in reality employees. As you will be an employee with UCC you will be completely protected from IR35. |
